"There's no way out, Joseph. Not until you remember."

You wake on the floor of an old apartment corridor. The lights are failing, the exit is chained shut, and behind a locked door a little girl is begging to be let out of her cage.

Help her, and the corridor starts over, the same doors, the same rooms, but not quite the same. Each loop the building remembers a little more about the night of 14 October 1985, and so will you.

The Corridor is a short first-person psychological horror game about a place that keeps repeating, a doll that is never where you left her, and a tall man in a hat who walks the halls tapping his cane.

What waits for you

  • Six loops, each its own puzzle and its own kind of fear — Let Her Out, I Already Did, Tap. Tap., 14 October 1985, Hold Your Breath and No
  • Puzzles that live in the world — breaker codes on sticky notes, keypads, a book that isn't a book, a child's crayon drawings, a car radio in a garage under the building
  • A torch and nothing else — no weapons; hide, look away, keep to the dark, and keep moving
  • A story you put together yourself from newspapers, photographs, phone calls and the things the doll says
  • Scares that build slowly — it watches before it moves
